Invitation to Tender: Salmo Pool - Mechanical Building Renovations Project Description :The Regional District of Central Kootenay is inviting Tenders to supply and install of all labour, equipment and materials required to undertake siding, roofing and various door/window replacements at the Salmo Pool Mechanical Building.
All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked in the lower left hand corner “Building Renovations, Pool and Soccer buildings. FY23-210-10” The City of Manchester owned Raco pool, Livingston Pool and Memorial Soccer buildings are in need of interior and exterior renovations and repairs as fully described in the drawings.
Contract: POOL AND BUILDING RENOVATIONSBids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Doddridge County Park located at 1252 Snowbird Road, West Union, WV until Tuesday, October 10 at 2:00 pm local time.
Base bid work includes modernizing updates to windows and exterior features of Building 9 (B9), and renovations to the pool plumbing system in Building 247.
