The requirement is to provide fourteen (14) Compact Standoff Detection units at three border ports of entry in the El Paso/Ciudad Juarez area on the U.S./Mexico border. This equipment provides rapid and non-intrusive screening of pedestrians and detection of concealed objects, using terahertz wavelength scanning technology.
