Contract Number: 071791 Estimated Cost Range: 300,000.00 Procurement Summary: The Port of Tacoma (Port) is soliciting proposals from highly qualified firms interested in providing services to assist in supporting requirements for an Environmental Assessment of the Wheeler-Osgood Waterway Port Properties.
The Port may also extend its interests beyond Port properties to include rail systems in which the Port has control. A majority of the work anticipated for this contract will occur at the Port’s Terminal 5 and Terminal 91 properties. It is anticipated that, at a minimum, the successful respondent team will be tasked with completing two photovoltaic feasibility studies and two photovoltaic system designs as described below in Sections A and B; however, additional, similar projects may be added through amendments to the agreement.Additional, similar projects may include planning, design, permitting, and implementation of various renewable energy systems throughout Port properties
