The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, equipment and supervision for the leased/rented Mobile/Portable Latrines and Handwashing Stations to support the training units at Camp Gruber, Oklahoma (Muskogee County) from 1 – 13 June 2024 in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

Work shall include the delivery/set up of standard-sized Portable Latrines with a minimum 35-gallon capacity and provide monthly services to the latrines. The latrine size standard will be handicapped sized (min 58”x58”- max 66”x66”) and acceptable colors of: Sand/Khaki, Grey, Brown, Green, or Blue (earth tones).

The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 562991 with a size standard of $7.0M.The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Mississippi-Contracting Office, Flowood, MS intends to issue a contract for Portable Latrine Services. This is a Performance Based Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with a Base Year plus four (4) Option Years, for the leasing of portable latrines beginning 1 October 2018.

Army Garrison Hawaii (USAG-HI), Directorate of Public Works (DPW) has a requirement to provide portable latrines to support the garrison. The requirement has been categorized as two types of supplies to be provided; (LOT I) “Permanent” portable latrines and (LOT II) “As Required" temporary portable latrines and portable hand washing stations. The Contractor shall provide delivery, cleaning, and servicing for both LOT I and LOT II.
