This summary should highlight the major features of the proposal and include a narrative description of how you will leverage the content leads and assessment developers to create model project-based learning experiences and performance assessments based on the Utah preschool to grade 12 (P-12) science and social studies standards and Utah’s Portrait of a Graduate (POG). Deliverables: ● Create clear mission, vision, and values statements using traditional methods or a “portrait of a graduate approach.” ● Identify three to four high-leverage strategic goals. ● Create a three to five year strategic plan to implement starting with the 2023-24 school year. ● Support strategic plan implementation, provide operational plans tied to strategic goals, and provide communication plans for updating stakeholders on implementation

A typical range of services includes:  September (fall) portraits, spring program (casual), student identification cards, digital yearbook portraits, graduates portraits (elementary Grade 8 and Senior Kindergarten and Secondary Grade 12 graduation), and sport teams.From the list of qualified Respondent(s), the Board will generate a Vendor of Record (VOR) list and invite only those on the VOR list to provide service.

Rural Aspirations has extensive experience providing overarching, responsive support to rural districts as they align school initiatives with a shared community vision (Portrait of a Graduate, accreditation, curriculum development, social/emotional advisory programming, and now ELOs).

This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of professional photography services for affordable, high quality Graduation Portraits, and Convocation Photography for RDP.
