The proposed site is in Grand Portage, adjacent to an existing Land Port of Entry (LPOE).
Firms must have adequate staffing and subcontracting and be able to respond rapidly to national security issues and to perform multiple projects simultaneously within the United States including Puerto Rico to provide construction and design/build for but not limited to Land Ports of Entry (LPOE) on the Northern and Southern borders of the United States: to provide outstanding workmanship, quality, and best value.
Firms must also be able to provide comprehensive planning and design for Land Ports of Entry (LPOE), on the northern and southern borders of the United States, for example, in addition to comprehensive planning and design for various other agencies and their specific projects and programs, such as various labs.
