The provider will need to work with the requesting foreign partner in developing and executing the disposition plans.  S&E also plans to develop training programs for select foreign partners expected to face recurring disposition challenges. The provider will be required to assess capability gaps of foreign partners and develop and deliver a program of instruction that will address the gaps, with a focus on partner sustainability.
