The material includes one (1) 23kV Switchgear line up to connect the new DLC-provided 23kV Ring Bus Switchgear to the new 23kV - 13.8kV power transformer, procured by ALCOSAN. It also includes (1) 13.8kV circuit breaker Switchgear unit for connection to the secondary side of the 23kV -13.8kV power transformer and will be used for connection of the Tunnel Boring Machine for the Ohio River Tunnel construction.

Visually inspect all power connections for discoloration. 3. Tighten all electrical connections online/load side of circuit breaker, output contactors, by-pass switches, SCRs, and power modules. 4. Verify cabinet fan operation, clean, and lubricate (if applicable). 5. Verify supply voltage and phase sequence is correct. 6. Verify speed command for auto operation is correct. Adjust as needed. 7. Verify speed shaping is correct for application.

YES NO POWER / GROUND CIRCUIT OPTION: There shall be a relay controlled power and ground circuit for future installation of (9) rechargeable flashlight, portable radios, hand light / chargers. This circuit shall be fused for 5 amps maximum.
