This is a notice of intent that AFSC anticipates issuing a one-time Firm Fixed Price commercial purchase order for repair of Power Supply, 10 each, NSN: 6130‐01‐451‐3046 CW, P/N PS12295, with delivery within 70 calendar days. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Brandt Electronics (CAGE Code: 57837).

REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Cage Code/Reference Number Items - The POWER SUPPLY MODULE repaired under this contract/purchase order shall meet the operational and functional requirements as represented by the Cage Code(s) and reference number(s) listed below.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the manufacturing and assembling of Module B & C Power Supply repair kits. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials (unless noted otherwise in the contract documents), and specialized equipment as necessary to perform the work described in the Statement of Objectives (SOO).
