This requirement is being solicited as other than full and open competition (brand name) IAW FAR 13.501(a).The Government intends to procure the required Eaton brand Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) required by Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command (NCDOC) to replace end-of-life (EoL) systems as well as provide preventative maintenance for the new systems.
