The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking a professional design team to provide design, bidding, and construction administrative services for the replacement of water main and parking lot at the Glenwood Resource Center (GRC) Powerhouse, 711 S. Vine St., Glenwood, IA 51534.
CJ and Construction staff will direct you to the conference room for the safety briefing and project overview prior to proceeding to the powerhouse. Personal Protective Equipment is required for the Powerhouse tour. Your safety gear will be inspected before entry into the powerhouse. Powerhouse parking is limited. Small groups shuttle to and from the powerhouse in Government vehicles depending on the number attending.
