The RFI will allow organization/individuals to submit their ideas, suggestions, and approaches related to housing and program components for RCFs that incorporate a) daily activities with educational and recreational choices, b) housing alternatives that are comfortable, non-institutional shared rooms, small or large private rooms, and/or semi-independent private apartments, and c) share best practices for operating RCF services in a cost efficient
Any industry standard cost share or savings incentive practices desired for discussion during contract negotiations should be disclosed with RFQ response. Cost sharing practice shall be presented in the format of a general best practices approach and contract terms and shall not include pricing related figures. Pricing and fees are not part of the selection criteria and shall not be include with RFQ submittal. C.
Additionally, the vendor leverages and provides mutual support across the federal government and shares best practices, training, and technical support at no cost. The vendor and community-of-practice provides the Emergency Operations Center geospatial staff a means to collaborate with trusted advisors.
