The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) has made a preliminary decision to approve TDX North Slope Generating, Inc.’s application for Air Quality Control Minor AQ1459MSS02 for the TNSG North Power Plant.
If no significant change is required, the Preliminary Decision and related action including any minor changes and a summary of comments and responses, will be issued as the Final Finding and Decision, and Mineral Order 1261, without further notice.
