The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites bids from Microsoft authorized resellers to provide Microsoft Premier Support Services. The budget for this IFB is $66,000 for a one-year term. All Bidders must be authorized to sell Microsoft’s Premier Support Services to the State of California and to local agencies of the State of California.
Microsoft Premier Support Services Description included as Attachment II. Clauses are included as Attachment III. Quotes are due by September 8, 2017 at 2:00 PM EST. Late responses shall not be accepted and shall receive no consideration for award.

Service maintenance shall include the following: 24hr/7day a week technical support, remote diagnostics including patches and software downloads , premier support services for SIP telephony, 6 ports; Vocera premier support services for 150 user enterprise licenses, engage premier support for 126 single applications, and 2 - 1u appliance.
The intended Contractor(s) are authorized, certified providers of Microsoft Premier Support Services. A Justification to conduct a Brand Name solicitation is as attached (Attachment #3), and constitutes posting of the Justification of Other Than Full and Open Competition.
