REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR PRESCRIPTION DRUG BENEFIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES Through the issuance of this Request for Proposal (RFP), also known as RFP 24-002, the Public Education Employees' Health Insurance Plan (PEEHIP) is soliciting Proposals from qualified Bidders that can provide pharmacy benefit management services for PEEHIP's self-funded Prescription Drug Plan.
Pharmacy Benefit Manager for the Prescription Drug Plan in two capacities: a. Integrated PBM Arrangement with Medical ASO and/or b. Stand Alone PBM Arrangement. The proposal will not be publicly opened. Electronic submission of your bid response is required by closing date/time. No faxed, emailed or late proposals will be considered.

Send a Continuation of Benefits notice and election form to eligible retirees within 14 days of receipt of notice of retirement. b. Maintain proof of mailing notices and election forms. c. Process election forms d. Send coupon booklets upon receipt of election to continue benefits. e.
