The proposed work is officially known as the 2024 Roadway Rehabilitation Program. The work to be performed consists of Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Removal (Edge Grinding), Hot In-Place Asphalt Recycling, Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Course, Pavement Patching, Curb and Gutter Removal and Replacement, Sidewalk Removal and Replacement, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvement.
Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) preservation and corrective practices including, but not limited to: Crack Filling, Patching, Superpave Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Overlay, and pavement Markings.
