The awarded Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, maintenance materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform preventative maintenance and non-scheduled repair services for one (1) Halm Superjet Plus XL with Dual Feed Press (including delivery table and refrigeration unit) printing equipment at the DMV Print Shop for the term of this Agreement. 2. Preventative Maintenance and Non-scheduled Repair Services for One (1) Halm Superjet Plus XL with Dual Feed Press, including delivery table and refrigeration unit. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Written questions are due 2/13/18 and must be submitted by email to the Contract Administrator identified in the IFB.
Additionally, not all unit processes have been detailed (i.e. belt filter press.) They are only meant to provide the contractor enough detail to make a decision on potential interest in bidding the project.
