The attached Statement of Work (SOW) describes contractor services needed to plan, develop, and deliver a properly completed Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures Plan (SPCC) per 40 CFR Part 112 instructions and requirements for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Marion IL VA Health Care System located at 2401 West Main Street, Marion, IL.  The contractor shall complete the tasks as described below in this SOW.

(vi) USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC) requests a Contractor to assist the BARC facility in completing monthly, yearly, and triennial inspections for Underground Storage tanks (USTs), Above Ground Storage Tanks (ASTs), and support the facility Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC). A site visit will be available the morning of Thursday April 18th for this requirement.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform one (1) 8 hours SPCC Class and three (3) hours spill drill at each facility with SPCC Plans. Please refer to paragraph five (5) of PWS.Period of Performance: Contractor will perform the SPCC Training during 8 working days, that includes one 8 Hours class session and seven 3 Hours spill drills (different facilities).
