The RFR will fund community-based organizations and municipalities providing trauma-informed and culturally appropriate suicide prevention services that support statewide efforts to effectively prevent and reduce suicides and suicide attempts and improve mental health and well-being in the Commonwealth. DPH will utilize the RFI feedback to help guide the direction of the procurement but reserves the right to make final determinations.

Support Services will consist of Instructor Facilitators. The due date for the questions submission has been revised to June 15, 2021. The RFP closing date is scheduled for June 25, 2021. 

This service model will address identified gaps in staff training and supports impacting services and supports for Medicaid members utilizing home and community-based services (HCBS) Intellectual Disability Waiver or Habilitation Services.
