Non-personal services for scheduled/unscheduled maintenance for all equipment as described in performance work statement (PWS). All equipment is located within the Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Join Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, software, onsite service, unlimited telephone support, and scheduled Preventive Maintenance visits (see PWS for additional details).
Annual Preventive Maintenance of NxStage Hemodialysis Systems
The proposed contract is for the preventive maintenance service of the Tablo HemoDialysis system. This sole source award to SDV Office Systems is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5.
