                                                              COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION                               This is a combined synopsis and solicitation (“synopsitation” hereafter) which is expected to result in award of a Fixed-Price contract for commercial items, i.e., Inkjet Vinyl Printer Cutter, as described under the attachment titled “ Statement of Work – Inkjet Vinyl Printer Cutter – 02 Dec 20.”  The contract will have a period of performance consisting of 90 days after contract award.
