Oil Search Alaska, LLC Pikka Development Seawater Treatment Plant Private Exclusive EasementThe Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas (Division) received an application on June 23, 2020, from Oil Search Alaska, LLC (OSA) requesting an Alaska Statute (AS) 38.05.850 Easement for the Pikka Development Seawater Treatment Plant (STP).
The first was a private exclusive easement for the Seawater Treatment Plant (STP) issued on December 18, 2020, and revised on January 28, 2021. The second was a private non-exclusive easement for the STP Make-up Water and Gas Pipelines issued on April 5, 2021. The conditions of these easements required OSA to submit additional information to the Division for an analysis of the cumulative impacts of the Project.
