Invitation The City of Issaquah Parks and Community Services Department is soliciting qualifications from experienced consultant(s) to assist in the update of the City’s 2018 Parks Strategic Plan. The scope of work for the 2024 Parks Strategic Plan update includes public engagement, inventory update, performance-based level of service (new for the City), policy framework, capital improvement planning, State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), and graphic and written communication.
