Where the maintenance period of performance of the additional licenses deviates from this period of performance, the contractor must pro-rate the base term to bring those licenses into alignment with the original license set.
Contractor will pro-rate for Xray machines that are cycled on or off this agreement as newer machines are brought in and older ones are removed. Please attach a summary of your qualifications along with the attached bid forms. These Xray machines must be serviced by a technician certified on Smiths Detection machines. Cost are all-inclusive and include all parts, labor and travel.
