The requirement includes the following:- A license to a single software package that includes both process/equipment design and cost estimation. For instance, a plant simulation module, a simulation workbook and an economic package all with one license fee.- Full access to upgrades, patches, and new features.- Live and online training and technical support as needed.
JWAC requires simulation defined as the process of using a model to study the behavior and performance of an actual or theoretical system. The simulation shall use the model to explore and study states in the laboratory that would not be possible without access to the actual system. Using simulation models, JWAC requires the capability to build, operate, analyze and manage specially, oil and gas processes.See attachment for more information.
