establish one contract with a highly qualified Vendor for a web-based Contract Management System.
The work will be performed at the contractor’s facility in Boulder, Colorado.Under this follow-on contract, LASP will continue to provide TSIS-1 mission operations and data processing support services to continue performing key climate measurements through Total and Spectral Solar Irradiance (TSIS-1) sensor systems currently in operation on the International Space Station (ISS).
The purpose of this requirement is to define tasks for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Advanced Radiometer (NISTAR) in-flight instrument operations and calibrations along with ground data processing activities under contract to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center (GFSC).
