Hillsborough County Public Schools is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide and deliver 100% fruit juice products in decorative, kid-friendly packaging to individual school sites for use in the National School Lunch and National School Breakfast Programs.
The specifications contained herein are intended to cover the furnishing and delivery of milk, other dairy products and fruit juices. Delivery shall be made to approximately 210 Montgomery County Public School (MCPS) school sites and offices; and to the Division of Food and Nutrition Services (DFNS) Warehouse.
The contract type will be firm-fixed-price.Pursuant to Agricultural Acquisition Regulation (AGAR), 470-103(b), commodities and the products of agricultural commodities acquired under this contract must be a product of the United States and shall be considered to be such a product if it is grown, processed, and otherwise prepared for sale or distribution exclusively in the United States.
