The purpose of this contract is to provide clinical research, professional and ancillary support and facilities to conduct translational research and to support the clinical research program of the NIDCD DIR. In addition, this contract shall provide the infrastructure for training the next generation of NIDCD clinical researchers in human communication disorders.
This rotation list will develop all construction design and cost estimate documentation required for a complete JOC request package and provide ancillary support services throughout the execution of a JOC project. Each firm shall maintain a team capable of carrying a workload of multiple concurrent assignments actively in all phases of the project.
