The project includes program development for wayfinding, identifying point of interests as determined by stakeholders, messaging development for all signage (new and existing), demo of existing signage and manufacturing and installation of new signage. This work will need to comply with all current building and energy codes, as directed by the City of Tacoma Planning & Development Services team. This program will impact the work at the entry, as well as all, spaces, programs, departments, and teams adjacent to the current atrium. Both the entry and atrium scope shall be compiled in one bid set of drawings and specifications. 3.
