The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground on behalf of the Program Manager Special Programs intends to procure on a sole source basis Pocket Laser Range Finders 25C (Model No. PLRF25C-BT) with various software and cables. The intended contractor is Potomac River Group, Belmont Executive Plaza, Ste. 525, Ashburn, VA 20147.

Program Manager Special Programs has a requirement to procure Nightforce Optics Advanced Tactical Rifle Scopes with Tremor 3 with both illuminated and non-illuminated reticles. Scopes include zero stop, up to 120MOA/35mils of elevation adjustment, and a choice of illuminated MOA or MIL based ranging reticles. Ordering period will be a Base Year with Four (4) One Year Option Ordering Periods.
