Contractors can apply for prequalification at any time, however, if a bid/RFP requires prequalification you must be prequalified by the bid submittal date or as indicated in the bid/RFP request. Contractors who have an active On Call Agreement may be directly awarded Work or may be eligible to bid on Work according to the criteria set forth under Section 1.2.1, Contracting Methods. Some contracting opportunities for Work may only be available to Contractors under an On Call Agreement. While Contractors may be awarded multiple Work Authorizations or Task Orders during the Term of the Agreement, they are not guaranteed Work.
