This Sources Sought notice is issued by the Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), on behalf of the Program Executive Office Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC), Mine Warfare Program Office (PMS 495).
The General Services Administration (GSA), City Pair Program (CPP) contract provides scheduled air passenger transportation service by certified United States air carriers, under 14 CFR Part 121, for various solicited domestic, international, and fifth freedom of the air line items.
The Government requests all submissions fully address the requirements in this Sources Sought and conform to the format discussed later in this Sources Sought.
