The General Services Administration (GSA), City Pair Program (CPP) contract provides scheduled air passenger transportation service by certified United States air carriers, under 14 CFR Part 121, for various solicited domestic, international, and fifth freedom of the air line items.
The Government requests all submissions fully address the requirements in this Sources Sought and conform to the format discussed later in this Sources Sought.

The responses provided to this notice will be used by the members of an Integrated Project Team (IPT) as stated at FAR 15.201(e), to derive price, delivery, and other market information; to include capabilities for planning purposes.
