Attached, please see the Solicitation for HRSA's National Hansen’s Disease Programs Ambulatory Care Contracts. The purpose of this requirement is to provide outpatient Hansen's Disease services including diagnosis, screening, outpatient treatment, case management, and follow-up care in healthcare settings located throughout the United States. Qualified small and large businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal.
