The following notice is to issue the FINAL Request for Proposal (RFP), 91990019R0028 for the Evaluation of Promise Neighborhoods and Full-Service Comminity Schools procurement.
Department of Education (Department) anticipates release of a new Fiscal Year 2018 procurement titled "Feasibility Study for an Impact Evaluation of Promise Neighborhoods" on behalf of the Department's Institute of Education Sciences (IES). The purpose of this feasibility study is to generate design options that can provide high-quality and useful evidence on the impact of the Promise Neighborhoods Program on student outcomes.
The Department of Education Contracts and Acquisitions Management office located at 550 12th Street Southwest, Washington, D.C., 20202, intends to procure a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract to conduct an Impact evaluation of the Promise Neighborhoods and Full-Service Community Schools Programs. Description:The City of Cleveland is releasing a Request for Qualifications seeking professional real estate development project teams to reinvest in several catalytic development sites as part of Mayor Bibb’s Southeast Side Promise Initiative. Sites are located in the Lee-Harvard Neighborhood of Ward 1 and range in size from 1.7 acres to 14 acres.
