The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF) is requesting for offers for a contractor to provide Propane Delivery Services to the Pinon Health Center (PHC).
Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide propane fuel and delivery services upon request to sixty-two (62 each) 250-gallon propane tanks that service the clinic’s Government Housing Quarters. Upon approval and authorization, propane deliveries will be scheduled as “As Needed Basis” during normal business hours.
