The Property Condition Assessment Report and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reduction Pathway Feasibility Study (the “GHG Study”) are to evaluate three municipal community facilities. The GHG Study will provide recommendations to optimize energy performance and reduce GHG emissions by at least 50% within 10 years and by at least 80% within 20 years.
The primary intent of this Request for Proposal is to obtain a contract for the following services relating to right of ways and roadway shoulders owned by the State of Louisiana: Written assessment of existing property conditions and recommendations for grass cutting Establishing a grass cutting schedule and tracking system Litter and debris removal and disposal Grass cutting, removal of clippings Report any deficiencies on right of ways and roadway
