GUILFORD COUNTY SCHOOLS Advertisement Request for Proposal Paging/Communication Equipment and Installation Guilford County Schools seeks a vendor to provide Paging/Communications Equipment and Installation specified herein. Proposals will be received by Guilford County Schools Purchasing Department until 2:00 pm EST on Wednesday March 20, 2024.
\n\nIt is worth noting atthe outset that the competitive sealed proposal (\"RFP\u201d) process differs from competitive\nsealed bidding in two important ways:\n\n1) It permits discussions with competing Offerors and changes in their proposal, including price; and\n\n2) It allows comparative judgmental evaluations to be made on various criteria (in addition to-cost) for\naward of the contract.
