Project Description: The County of Montgomery, on behalf of the Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) department through this Request for Proposals (hereinafter called the RFP) is soliciting proposals for the replacement of our current Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system. The existing VoIP system has reached the 10-year mark and has reached its End of Life and is no longer being supported by the manufacturer, Avaya.

The successful Proponent will also be required to provide staff training on the system complete with five (5) years of software and hardware support (a separate line item for this requirement should be included within the Proponent’s cost proposal). The current fuel farm consists of two (2) underground fiberglass tanks, which each have a 22,700-litre capacity. Theses tanks are cross fed and there is one (1) fuel cabinet for 100LL.
