The Jasper National Park (JNP) Restoration Program requires a weed steamer to assist with treatment of non-native vegetation in the Jasper townsite and areas that have undergone wildfire risk reduction activities due to Mountain Pine Beetle kill. This vegetation management tool will be a component of a larger Integrated Pest Management Strategy for invasive plant control. Weed steaming provides a chemical-free treatment option.
