services, clinical lab testing services, supplies and lab reports for the County’s Public Health clinics, School Based Health and Wellness Centers, the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and other County Departments.
The Department of Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) Sepulveda VA Medical Center and Los Angeles VA Clinic has a requirement for Generator Fuel Tank Lab Testing and Diesel Fuel Tank Polishing. NFPA-110 requires annual laboratory testing for Emergency Generator Fuel Storage tanks. The services shall comply with the Statement of Work (SOW), all VA, local, state, and Federal policies, and regulations.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, to perform Medical Laboratory Testing Services in support of the GA ARNG's Medical Readiness Program.
The Government will perform PVT testing at a Government-designated testing laboratory. (2) The contractor shall not ship or deliver any material until it receives notification of the acceptable PVT results, unless the contracting officer directs it to do so in writing The Government will provide the PVT results to the contractor within 20 business days after receipt at the Government testing facility, unless the Government specifies otherwise in writing
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Successful bidder must be an established mobile drug and alcohol testing firm with 5 years minimum experience with Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) drug and alcohol testing.
