The successful Respondent shall provide Low Voltage Systems Maintenance Services on multiple types of Low Voltage Electrical Systems located in various locations on the Twin Cities Campus, have the ability to react to building operational issues, emergencies, meet the needs of the facility and attend to the best interest of the University of Minnesota.
