Duration and Amount of Contract Initial funds of up to $1,000,000 will be provided using American Rescue Plan funds. Additional funding of up to $2,000,000 is anticipated to be available. Applicants may apply for up to $15,000 per school year for 2024-25 and 2025-26, for a total maximum award of $30,000.

Specifically, the City seeks a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software tool that will provide automated monitoring and reporting of its Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) and State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) Program as provided for in the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA). The City is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure the needed technology and associated professional implementation services.
