The primary role of the NCWorks System WIOA Director (here on out referred to as the WIOA Director) is to ensure that services provided through the centers meet the needs of customers (business and job seeker) in an efficient and effective manner.

The selected Vendor must employ cross-sectional telephone surveys to propagate data, with technical and methodological assistance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
