The scope of work requires the successful contractor to provide personnel, equipment, and all necessary resources for provision of health insurance services. The successful contractor shall provide competitive proposals for a medical plan for LE Staff. This is a supplemental medical benefit plan meant to supplement those benefits and services available to LE staff through Government Provided Healthcare.
