HHSC is soliciting proposals from qualified hospitals to provide Forensic Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital Services, with the capacity of 20 patients. The Forensic Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital Services will support the growing need for forensic services in the state hospital system as demonstrated by the increase in the number of individuals committed to the state hospitals who are waiting for admission.
