This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for Psychological Testing Services to be performed to support the mission of the United States Capitol Police (USCP).  The Contractor will provide for psychological screening and testing for all USCP applicants, psychological testing for employed USCP personnel that will be assigned to perform specialized assignments, and necessary psychological evaluation for employed USCP personnel.
