The Statewide Black Infant Health Public Awareness Campaign requires a communications firm with expertise in project management to ensure the seamless coordination of statewide media partners and execution of the campaign in order to meet deadlines and deliver results efficiently Statewide Public Awareness Campaign grant funded by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).

The agency will design and execute a media buy plan for advertisements through a variety of media options including, but not limited to, broadcast and cable television, radio, digital, outdoor and print. The goal of the media buy is brand awareness and to direct the public to the campaign website. Purchased media will include regional buys as well as possibly working with Clients for local buys.
With a focus on impaired driving prevention, agencies are also required to conduct a minimum of 12 public awareness activities through media releases, news articles and/or educational presentations. To determine which grant an agency will receive will be contingent on the agency’s funding application received by GTSB and a review of the State’s Problem Identification process.
