Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA), is seeking applications from qualified U.S. citizens to provide personal services as a Support Relief Group (SRG) Public Health Advisor under a United States Personal Services Contract (USPSC), as described in the attached solicitation.Submittals must be in accordance with the attached information at the place and time specified.
Foreign Disaster Assistance under the Bureau for Democracy, Conflict, and Humanitarian Assistance (USAID/DCHA/OFDA), intends to extend the Personal Services Contract (PSC) without competition for a period of nine months of the incumbent contractor for the same position of Public Health Advisor.
The Public Health Advisor primary focus is to serves as an advisor to the Bureau for Europe and Eurasia (E&E) on policy, programs, and issues pertaining to health systems, COVID-19, tuberculosis (TB), Immunization, and/or other health challenges faced in the E&E region. The Advisor is part of the Health Team that sits in the Technical Support Office (TSO) and reports to the Senior Health Advisor.
