1 EVANS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING 613 WEST MAIN STREET CLAXTON, GEORGIA 30417 INVITATION FOR BID EVANS COUNTY PUBLIC SAFETY COMPLEX The Evans County Board of Commissioners (herein after referred to as the “County”) is accepting COMPETITIVE SEALED BIDS for: Material or Service: Provide labor for interior framing of walls at the Evans County Public Safety Complex located at 105 Freeman Street, Claxton, GA 30417.

Approximately 8 Sections of concrete have some movement when fire equipment drives across. One area has a low spot that holds water. Concrete is estimated to be approximately 18 years old and installed when the facilities were built in 2006. Concrete pads are heavy duty and estimated to be 6-8” thick. Each separate slab is 12’ X 12’. Recommend the affected areas be injected with a two-part expanding polyurethane foam with required amounts to fill existing voids and stabilize the slabs. Contractor will be responsible for filling all holes drilled for the injection process with an equivalent hydraulic cement.

The project contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, labor and material necessary to perform and complete in a good and workmanlike manner the construction of the City of Dublin Corporation Yard, Project #12-13 AND Public Safety Complex / ACFD Admin.
