The bill requires OCA to implement a standardized statewide Public Safety Report System (System). The bill also requires OCA to provide access to the System to the appropriate officials in each county and each municipality who perform magistrations. Magistrates shall consider a public safety report from the System to set bail for each defendant charged with a Class B misdemeanor or higher category of offense.
